1. Prepare all the ingredients. For casserole, choose dry cottage cheese. Sour cream, if desired, you can replace it with kefir, yogurt or other fermented milk product.

3. After the time has elapsed, beat the eggs and add sugar. If the eggs are selected large, then 2 pieces are enough, if small - 3 pieces. Adjust the sugar content to your taste, it depends on the sweetness of the pumpkin and apples.

4. Add cottage cheese to the egg-sour cream mass. Optionally, you can add your favorite flavors, it can be vanilla, cinnamon, orange or lemon zest, etc.

5. If you want a softer texture, crush the curd mass with a blender.

6. Peel the pumpkin and apples, remove the seeds.

7. Cut the peeled apple into small cubes, add to the curd mass.
