If you are tired of the usual taste of the casserole, try to diversify it. For example, I decided to put apples and poppy seeds, it got unusual and very tasty. I share this recipe with you! Poppy lovers will appreciate this recipe, according to which cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and apples will melt in the mouth. Poppy and apples go well. It is better to use sweet and sour or sweet apples, since the cottage cheese itself is quite sour. Instead of flour, semolina is used in the recipe. Believe me, this is an ideal option for preparing a crumbly and soft casserole, which even children will eat with pleasure.

How to make
-
1. This recipe for a delicious casserole is quite simple. Immediately beat the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
-
2. Add sugar, semolina and vanilla sugar.
-
-
3. Add sour cream and beat further.
-
4. At the very end, add poppy seeds.
-
5. And put the apples (I peel them, cut them into slices, and then into halves). We continue to stir the whole mass until it has a homogeneous consistency. If you dont like it when the apples are cut too coarsely in the dough, grate them on a coarse grater (I experimented like that and I can say that it worked).

6. Put the dough in a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature not higher than 180 degrees.
