How to make

1. For the marinade, pour a glass of water, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 tsp. spoon of wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar into the container. And 0.5 teaspoons of red pepper, black pepper and dry garlic.

2. Cut the fillet into thin strips, and then cut it in half. You should get elongated pieces of meat.

3. We put all the meat in the marinade, mix it, cover it with a lid and leave it to marinate for at least 2 hours, and preferably overnight.

4. For cooking you need 2 proteins, 0.5 teaspoons of red pepper, black pepper and garlic. Mix everything.

5. Put a teaspoon of salt in a glass of flour, mix. Cornflakes should not be sweet. Crush them, but not too finely.

6. Dip each piece of meat in proteins, then in flour, again in proteins and in corn crumbs. Lay out the pieces on a plate or baking grill.
