Oven-baked chicken legs are always delicious. And if there are fresh lingonberries in the marinade, they will be 100 times tastier. And the berry note will not leave anyone indifferent. Pickle and fry with this recipe, you can use absolutely any part of the chicken or the whole chicken. The sauce must be stirred to the consistency to your taste. If you don't use honey, replace it with maple syrup or just add sugar. Instead of fresh lingonberries, you can use frozen berries.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse and dry the berries.

2. Wash the chicken legs, dry them and cut them into two parts. Place them in a deep bowl.

3. Place lingonberries, peeled garlic, mustard, honey in a blender bowl and add vinegar, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Beat everything until smooth.

4. Pour the marinade over the legs, pepper, salt and stir if necessary. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 8-12 hours to marinate.

5. Transfer the marinated legs to a baking dish and put them in a hot oven.

6. Bake the legs at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until browned. Remove the prepared legs from the oven and serve immediately.
