The recipe for homemade cheese pizza usually consists of different types of cheese in a fairly large amount. To get the most expressive taste of cheese, you can use two or three different types. Cooking pizza with cheese is quite easy and simple, even a novice cook can cope with the recipe. It is enough to prepare a yeast dough, put several types of cheese and tomato sauce on it, in this recipe I replaced the sauce with fresh tomatoes. The pizza got very tasty, juicy, with a pronounced cheese flavor and aroma!

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

7. Grease the form with butter. On a lightly floured surface, thinly roll out the dough to the desired size and carefully transfer it to the mold. Form small sides with your hands. Lubricate the surface with the remaining olive oil mixed with Provencal herbs.

8. First, grate the harder cheese and sprinkle on top of the pizza.

9. Spread the tomato cut into thin slices evenly on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
