This is a branded summer dish - chanterelles baked in sour cream with potatoes. There are many recipes for making chanterelles with potatoes, in our family they are so made. I first cook chanterelles and potatoes separately, and only at the end I combine. A detailed recipe is described in the step-by-step instructions.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the chanterelles well, cut the large ones into pieces, leave the small ones whole.

3. Peel the onion, chop it, use half of the onion for frying chanterelles, the other half for potatoes.

4. Fry in two pans, pour vegetable oil and butter into one.

5. Fry the onion until transparent.

6. Add the chanterelles and bake for 15 minutes.

7. In another pan, fry the potatoes. To do this, heat the pan well, add vegetables and butter and add potatoes. Bake covered for 15 minutes.

8. Add sour cream to the chanterelles. Fry until moisture evaporates, salt.

9. After the potatoes have been fried on one side, stir, salt, add the second half of the onion, fry for another 10 minutes

10. Put the chanterelles on top of the potatoes and fry everything together until fully cooked.
