11. Put the boats on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and leave for 15 minutes.

12. Then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with a mixture of poppy seeds, sesame seeds and cumin.

13. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden. Then break an egg into each boat.
