Pesto has long been made not only from basil, but also from many types of aromatic herbs, including celery. If you like thick green sauces, try making this one. It is very tasty! Celery pesto is incredibly tasty, fragrant and velvety. Goes well with vegetable salads, soft cheeses and any meat. Can be added to most snacks, sandwiches or sandwiches.

How to make

1. Collect everything you need for the manufacture of celery pesto. Peel the garlic, wash it with celery and parsley, dry everything. Take the nuts that you prefer, you can toast them a little in a pan.

2. Cut the celery stalks together with the leaves into small pieces.

3. Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, put them together with the celery in a blender bowl.

4. Add grated Parmesan, chopped nuts and garlic. Add a pinch of salt, pour oil.
