How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients. -
2. Peel carrots and onions, wash and chop finely. Put in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour sunflower oil. Simmer for 7-8 minutes until the onion becomes transparent. -

3. Rinse the bulgur and put it in a bowl with vegetables. -
4. Peel the mushrooms, wash and cut them. Put in a saucepan. -
5. Pour 200 ml. of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the pot on the fire. -

6. Cook bulgur with mushrooms until tender. -
7. Add canned corn and canned green peas. -

8. Mix all the ingredients and heat for another 5-6 minutes over low heat.
