I want to invite the whole family to cook an incredibly hearty, tasty and appetizing soup from traditional Georgian cuisine for lunch. The soup is so tasty that you really can't stop eating! Although the process may seem complicated, in reality this is not the case. I'll tell you how quite usually and at the same time deliciously prepare beef soup "Kharcho". The combination of meat, rice, vegetables is amazing. This soup will appeal to both adults and children, so I recommend trying this recipe.

How to make

1. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot and put it on the fire. Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Add salt and mix. Put in a saucepan (so that the first half is better browned) and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the meat and set aside for now.

2. In the meantime, put chopped onion and celery in a saucepan. Fry for a few minutes, stirring.

3. Add tomatoes (canned in their own juice or fresh, chopped without peel), pour broth and water. Put the meat back together. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and leave for a couple of hours.

4. Add rice, add chopped garlic and lemon juice. To taste, you can add paprika, coriander or other spices. Cook for another 20 minutes.

5. Rinse and chop the greens. Put in a saucepan, stir gently and after a minute remove from heat.
