Let's prepare a tender fluffy souffle from oven-baked zucchini. A great summer dish for a light lunch or dinner, and yet a healthy one. How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including salt and pepper.

2. Wash the zucchini, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.

4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Set aside 1/3 part to the top crust of cheese, mix the rest with the yolks. Beat the proteins until stiff foam.
