Let's prepare a tender fluffy souffle from oven-baked zucchini. A great summer dish for a light lunch or dinner, and yet a healthy one. How to make
 - 
                                                    
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including salt and pepper. - 
                                                    
2. Wash the zucchini, peel and grate on a coarse grater. -

3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. - 
                                                    
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Set aside 1/3 part to the top crust of cheese, mix the rest with the yolks. Beat the proteins until stiff foam. - 
                                                    
5. Add the yolks with cheese, cream, flour, salt and pepper to the zucchini to taste. Stir. -

6. Finally, gently stir in the whipped proteins. It should be a fluffy mass. - 
                                                    
7. Smear the form with butter, pour the mass. -
