Vegetable stew with zucchini and paprika is a very fragrant and refreshing seasonal dish that just has to be on the table when young zucchini first appears. Stew is perfect for any meat or fish. Young zucchini in combination with fresh potatoes, fragrant bell peppers, onions and carrots give an excellent result. Optionally, you can add spices and various spicy herbs to the stew or make a stew with tomato sauce. You can serve the stew alone, with fresh herbs or use it as a side dish.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into large cubes.

7. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. Then pour 100 ml. hot water, add salt, pepper, simmer the stew under the lid for 20 minutes
