Turkeys skewers with tomatoes are a great treat for a large company. Also a tasty and healthy dinner for the whole family. Turkey is soft and juicy, very fragrant and tasty. If you have time, then the turkey can be marinated for a couple of hours, in which case it should be covered with cling film and put in the refrigerator. To give the meat a pinker crust, 5 minutes before preparation, you can switch to the ''grill'' mode.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Shorten the skewers to the size you need and dip in cold water for 10 minutes. This is done so that during frying the product does not absorb food juice and does not burn.

3. Cut the tomatoes in half. Put the tomatoes in a suitable container, salt to taste, add pepper, dried oregano and olive oil, mix.

4. Cut the turkey fillet into pieces slightly larger than the tomatoes. Put them in a bowl, add oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Stir.

5. Roll the pickled pieces of turkey meat on skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes. Put in the correct form, as in the photo, so that juice from skewers flows into it. Bake skewers at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After a while, carefully remove the form from the oven.
