1. First, knead the dough. To do this, dilute the yeast in a heated glass of milk (150 ml). Let it stand for 10-25 minutes. Then add some flour and mix. According to its consistency, the mass should be similar to thick sour cream.

2. Cover with foil, leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until the hat is made.

3. In a large bowl, where we will knead all the dough, mix slightly beaten eggs with vegetable oil, salt and sugar (75 g).

4. We mix a glass of warmed milk (150 ml), our prepared dough (from the first point) and egg-oil mixture.

5. Add flour to the resulting mixture. Mix well with a spoon.

6. Knead the dough, shape it into a bun. The dough should be smooth. Do not be lazy to knead: the better you knead, the tastier the buns will be.

7. We put it in a large form greased with vegetable oil. We cover it with a film or a towel, put it in a warm place and leave it for an hour and a half. The volume of the dough should be approximately double.

8. After this time, the dough should be kneaded again, and then left for another half hour or an hour in a warm place. In the meantime, let's go to the filling: mix the cranberries with 200 g of sugar.

9. We gently mix the berries with sugar so that the juice does not stand out from them too much. Add starch to the mixture, mix - and the filling is ready.

11. Actually, now the most interesting part: we mold the buns. For clarity, look at the photos. Lightly apply vegetable oil to your hands. We tear off a small piece from the dough with our hands, knead this piece into a bun. Put a teaspoon of filling in the center of the bun, seal the edges. The dough is very soft, so making such buns is a pleasure.

12. Place the buns on a lightly buttered baking sheet.
