This salad can be prepared as an independent dinner or on the festive table. If you cook them for the festive table, then you can do it in portions in bowls. Vegetables can be chosen to your liking. If there is no ricotta cheese, then it can be replaced with greased cottage cheese or mixed with cheese. Any cottage cheese will also do. Instead of parsley, you can use dill or other herbs.
