Let's prepare appetizing, tasty and healthy salad from boiled chicken fillet, walnuts and canned beans. They are prepared very simply and quickly. Can be served as an independent dish for dinner. The salad is saturated, looks appetizing, and thanks to garlic and fresh herbs it has an unsurpassed aroma! Ideal for dietary food. If desired, sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise. Instead of red beans, you can use any other. Beans can be taken like mine canned, or can be cooked by yourself. Chicken fillet can not be boiled, but fried. Then cool and cut into pieces.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Remove the beans from the jar, rinse and put in a sieve to drain excess moisture.

2. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, dip in boiling, salted water, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Then transfer to a plate and let cool.

3. Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small pieces.

4. Dry the walnuts for 1-2 minutes in a dry frying pan, so they will reveal their aroma and taste. Then cut into pieces with a knife.

5. Wash the parsley, drain and chop finely.

6. For salad dressing, mix sour cream, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
