This salad is made from the usual products, but will become a real decoration of the table. Not only looks beautiful, but also has excellent taste. How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Vegetables, eggs and chicken are cooked in advance, cooled and peeled.

2. Place a serving ring on a serving plate. Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater, put on the inside of the ring and grease with a mayonnaise mesh.

3. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes and put on top of the potatoes and press down.

4. Remove bones and skin from the chicken. Finely chop the meat. Put the chicken on the cucumbers, press down and apply a mayonnaise mesh.

5. Chop the onion letters and put on top of the chicken layer.

6. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and put on top of the onion letters. Apply a mayonnaise mesh.

7. Peel the boiled eggs and separate them into whites and yolks. Crush the yolks with a fork and put on a layer of carrots with a good press.

8. Remove the ring from the salad serving, and coat the top and sides of the salad with mayonnaise. Cut out two strips 3-4 centimeters wide from baking paper. Put the strips on the salad in a cross pattern, press on the top and sides.

9. Grate the beets on a coarse grater and put in an even layer on the top and sides of the salad where there is no paper, pressing it well.

10. Grate the egg whites on a fine grater, remove the paper and place the whites in loose strips. Put the salad in the refrigerator for an hour. Then decorate the salad with crushed herbs and carrot roses or at your discretion.
