I share a recipe for red lentil soup. This is a lean vegetable soup made from the simplest ingredients. Red lentils is the most easily digested species of legumes. Below I will give a detailed description of how to cook red lentil soup. This soup can be cooked in any broth to your taste. How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut peppers, tomatoes and onions into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
