How to make

1. Cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces.

2. We transfer the pork to a wide saucepan, sprinkle with peeled onion rings, pepper and coriander.

4. Put a plate on top of the meat with onions, put a jar of water on top. Leave for 1 hour to marinate.

6. The meat is baked in the oven on the grill for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Wooden skewers should be constantly rolled so that the meat is evenly fried on all sides. Onions can be fried with meat or marinated separately with the addition of vinegar and 200 ml. of water. Grind greens and mix with ketchup.
