I am sharing a simple recipe for roasting pork in the oven. When there is no time to prepare complex culinary delights, this simple recipe for pork in the oven always saves me - minimal effort, the tastiest and most interesting result. The meat is very juicy and soft.

How to make

1. We wash the piece of meat, make cuts approximately to the middle of the piece. We rub salt and pepper.

2. Cut the cheese into thin slices.

3. We also cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

4. Cut the garlic into thin slices.

5. Now put a couple of garlic, cheese and tomatoes in the cuts we made. Top with some salt and pepper.

6. We wrap the piece of meat in foil and place it in the oven heated to 190 degrees. We bake for an hour and a half, depending on your oven and the size of the piece. A piece weighing 1 kg is enough to fry for 1 hour.

7. After an hour (or one and a half, depending on the size of the piece), open the foil and cook the meat without foil for another 20-30 minutes.
