Many do not even suspect that a tasty and original snack can be prepared from simple pig ears. It is easy to prepare and delicious. Such a snack is perfect for gatherings of men in a friendly company. Instead of meat, you can take tongue or chicken fillet. You can add any spices you like. Mustard or grated horseradish are perfect for a roll.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the pork ear roll. Peel and wash the vegetables. If necessary, put your ears on fire. Wash the ears with warm water.

2. Cut the ears to make them open. Put the ears in a pot, add water and bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes and drain the water. Next, add bay leaves, pepper, chopped carrots and onions to the pot. Pour two liters of water and put on medium heat. Boil the ears for 2 hours.

3. Transfer the cooked meat and ears to a bowl and leave to cool.

4. Chop the garlic and mix it with ground pepper and salt.

5. Finely chop the pork and mix it with the garlic mass.

6. Spread the cling film and place the cooked ears on it. Place the meat and garlic in an even layer on top.

7. Twist the ears tightly into a roll and wrap with a film. After cooling, place in the refrigerator and keep for 8 hours.
