How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Rinse fresh parsley in cold water.

2. Pour kefir into a bowl and add soda and salt. Mix these ingredients with a whisk.

3. Sift flour into the kefir mixture.

4. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. In the ingredients, the amount of flour is indicated approximately - it may take a little more or a little less to get the necessary consistency of the dough. Round the dough, put it in a plastic bag and leave on the table for 20-30 minutes.

5. Then divide the dough into several parts, I divided it into 6 parts weighing about 130 grams.

6. Grate the cheese.

7. In a bowl, mix the grated cheese with finely chopped parsley and mix.

8. Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and roll part of the dough with a rolling pin into a thin round cake. Put 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center.

9. Raise the edges of the dough upwards and pinch with your fingers to form a bag with cheese filling inside.

10. Using a rolling pin, carefully roll out this bag of cheese filling into a flat cake, as in the photo.

11. Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat and put this patty in it - fry on both sides until golden brown. In this way, prepare the blanks from the whole dough and cheese mass, and then fry them in a dry frying pan.
