How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Chop the potatoes and carrots as you like and cook in boiling salted water until tender.

3. While the vegetables are boiling, lets take care of the nettles. Cut the young foliage off the branches - work with gloves! Put in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.

4. We put the nettle in a colander or sieve and let the water drain. Now it is already possible to cut, it no longer burns.

5. Finely chop the greens. Dill is the main one here.

6. Add salt to the pot with potatoes and carrots.

7. Add nettle to the boiling soup and cook for 2 minutes.

8. Add the greens and turn off the fire. Let stand with a lid covered for 10 minutes.

9. Pour the soup into plates and serve with an egg cut in half and fresh sour cream.
