How to make

1. Cut beef or pork into small cubes.

2. Pour the meat with water, add half a clove of peeled, coarsely chopped onion and garlic and cook until the meat is cooked. Do not forget to remove the foam after the meat boils!

3. Chop the tomatoes and pour boiling water, transfer to cold water after a minute. Then peel off the skin.

4. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

5. Finely chop the remaining onion and garlic.

6. Cut the pepper and chili pepper into small cubes.

7. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and lightly fry the onion, garlic, paprika and chili. If you have dried chili, add them later.

8. When the onion acquires a light golden color, put the tomatoes in the pan.

9. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Now you can put dry chili peppers.

10. At the end of the process, tomatoes will turn into this sauce.

11. Remove the onion and garlic from the broth. Open the canned beans and, together with the liquid, put them in a saucepan with meat.

12. Let the beans simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the vegetables from the pan and salt.

13. And cook after boiling over low heat for another 10 minutes.
