How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the mango souffle. Wash and dry the fruit thoroughly.

2. Pour gelatin with water, mix and leave for 40-50 minutes to swell, depending on the gelatin. Follow the instructions on the gelatin package.

3. Remove the peel from the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and beat it with a blender until smooth. Rub the puree through a fine sieve to remove any lumps.

4. Put the puree in a saucepan and add lemon juice.
