How to make

1. Peel potatoes and onions. Minced meat can be used already prepared (minced), but I prefer to prepare it myself, so I ground the turkey fillet.

2. Cut the onions into large pieces and grind. Grate three green potatoes on a medium or fine grater and add them to the minced meat. Now pour half a glass of water, salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly.

3. Wet our hands under water and start molding the meatballs. Place the meatballs on a cutting board and place them in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

4. After half an hour, pour vegetable oil into the pan and add the meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
