How to make

1. In a saucepan in oil, fry the chopped onion until light golden. Stir in the paprika.

2. Stir and simmer for another 30 seconds.

3. Cut the beef into cubes. Fry the meat in oil in a pan until golden brown on all sides.

4. Chop the garlic.

5. We transfer the meat to a saucepan with onions, add cumin and garlic. Pour water and simmer over low heat under the lid for 2 hours.

6. Wash the remaining vegetables, peel and cut into cubes. Put in a saucepan and continue to simmer, adding tomato paste and spices to taste.
