Here's a recipe for gluten-free rice flour gingerbread cookies. If you want to make your gingerbread cookies even healthier, replace the sugar with sweetener or honey.

Spice mix1 teaspoon (cardamom, nutmeg, anise, cloves)

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Beat the egg with sugar (or sweetener, honey).

3. Pour the melted butter into the mixture.

4. Pour rice flour with dry spices in a separate container and mix.

5. Add the mixture to the bowl with the beaten eggs and mix everything. The dough will be crumbly, make a ball out of it.

6. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.8-1 cm thick, it is best to do this between two layers of cling film.

7. Use cookie cutters and cut out the required shapes.

8. Using a knife, gently transfer the pieces of dough to the baking tray.

9. Brush the cookies with egg white before baking. Bake ginger cookies at 180-200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Do not burn.

10. Remove the hot cookies from the baking tray.
