How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking fish soup. Peel and wash onions, potatoes and carrots.

2. Peel off the sea perch, carefully remove the insides, trying not to crush the bile, cut out the gills. Wash the carcass under running water. Separate the fillet from the bones, cut off the ribs.

3. Place the head, tail, spine and bones of the sea bass in a pot with a capacity of 2.5 liters. Add finely chopped onion, pour water and boil the broth over low heat for about 15 minutes.

4. Catch the bones with a colander, separate the meat, there is often quite a lot of it and its just a pity to throw the broth with bones after boiling.

5. Strain the broth through a sieve, add chopped potatoes and carrots to it. Boil vegetables for 10 minutes.

6. After a while, pierce a couple of slices of potatoes with a knife, it must be half-boiled and only then add chopped tomatoes and celery to the soup. Cook for another 10 minutes.

7. Cut the fillet of sea bass into small pieces, add and with it the meat that was separated from the bones. Put bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste, cook for no more than 5 minutes.

8. Finely chop the fresh herbs, put in your ear, stir and turn off the stove. Leave the soup under the lid for 10 minutes to reveal all the flavors and aromas.
