I admit that I don't cook this dish very often. Still, I don't like to roll around the stove for a long time, but I have one recipe for how to make donuts with apple filling. I sometimes enjoy them. I like stuffed donut much more than usual. You can put inside not only an apple, but also a pear, berries and any other fruits or even vegetables, meat, etc. I make them with yeast dough, so it gets soft and fluffy. I warn you that you need to cook a large portion at once, because they disappear without having time to cool down.

How to make

1. Pour milk and kefir into a bowl, heat to room temperature, dissolve the yeast in the mixture, then add sugar (100 grams) and beat the egg.

2. Mix the mixture well, pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

3. I pre-sift the flour, pour it into a bowl with liquid ingredients in parts, knead the dough and leave it for 60 minutes

4. Wash and peel the apples, remove the seeds, grate on a coarse grater, add 50 grams of granulated sugar.

5. I tear off the pieces from the dough, knead each with my hands into a small flat patty, in the middle of which I put a grated apple and squeeze the filling tightly.

6. I leave the donuts for 15 minutes, then put the pan on the fire, add sunflower oil and lay out the donuts on the heated surface.

7. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
