How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the broken cookies on the bottom and sides of the dish.

3. Beat cottage cheese and condensed milk well in the bowl of a food processor.

4. Prepare the jelly and gelatin according to the instructions on the package, using 75 ml each. water.

6. Divide the curd mixture in half.

7. Pour the prepared raspberry jelly on one side, first mix it with a small amount of cottage cheese. Stir in half of the whipped cream.

10. Apply the second layer. Remove the cake from the mold and put it in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours to stabilize the curd cream.
