How to make

1. In a bowl of a food processor, mix almond flour, coconut chips and cookie crumbs with melted coconut oil and syrup.

2. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the bottom of the spring cake shape, press it well with the bottom of the glass and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

3. Prepare agar (12 grams) according to the instructions on the package, add 100 ml of water.

4. Grate the lime and set aside. Mix coconut cream with sugar until completely dissolved. Pour in the liqueur. Squeeze lime juice into the coconut mixture. Mix well and pour in the agar-agar solution.

5. Take out the form with the base and pour coconut cream. I put a layer of strawberry-coconut jelly in the dessert, which was left for me from the previously prepared cake and froze it for future use. I did not defrost, just poured a little cream on the base, let it stiffen a little and laid out a layer of strawberries.

6. Then fill with cream to the top. Sprinkle lime zest on top and put it in the refrigerator for an hour until completely set.
