1. Fry the minced meat in oil immediately in a saucepan.

8. At the end of the allotted stewing time, add sugar, salt. Put a can of canned beans. I put a spoonful of cocoa in it. Add more water and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve chili soup with grated cheese and white bread.
