Suchchicken can be served not only for lunch or dinner, but it will not remain unnoticed on the festive table. Such chicken can be fried not only in a pan, but also on a regular grill or in the oven. The more basil you add, the stronger the flavor will be. If the basil sprigs start to burn while cooking, simply remove them.

How to make

1. Prepare everything you need. Wash and dry the basil and tomato.

2. Wash the chicken breast fillet and dry it. With a sharp knife, cut the fillet in half without cutting all the way through and spread it out.

3. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix salt, pepper, garlic and vegetable oil in a bowl.

4. Spread the prepared garlic mixture on the breasts.

5. Pick the basil leaves and place the fillet on one side.

6. Cut the tomato into slices and arrange on top of the basil.

7. Close the tomato slices with the second side and secure the edge with a toothpick.

8. Brush the grill pan with the remaining garlic oil and heat it over medium heat. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 10 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and cover, let it sit for a few minutes and it's ready to serve.
