Chicken legs with bulgur grits in the oven are a light dish for a family lunch or dinner that won't take much time. The dish is hearty and quite inexpensive. Try the recipe! Any part of the chicken will do, but do not forget that the breast will be slightly dry. Spices can also be used to your liking. If you like fried chicken, coat the top with mayonnaise and hold it on the top grill for a while. When serving, you can sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs and add butter.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Wash the chicken legs, dry, salt and add adjika. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 30 minutes

3. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring.

4. Pour bulgur into a high baking sheet and pour water, salt and pepper.

5. Put fried onions and chicken legs on top.

6. Cover the form with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove the form from the oven and serve immediately.
