1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use pitted cherries.

2. Put the cherries in a saucepan, pour water, two tablespoons of sugar and starch. I used potato starch, but you can also use cornstarch. Mix everything and put the pot on the stove over low heat. Bring to a boil and, stirring, cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Put cottage cheese and sour cream in a separate deep bowl, add vanilla sugar.

4. Using a blender, mix cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar. The mass should have a creamy consistency, without grains.

5. When the cherries are cooked and the sauce becomes thick, remove the pot from the heat, let the cherries cool slightly, and after that you can start making dessert.

6. Put the cookies in a bag and beat with a rolling pin to form crumbs of various sizes. You can also grind cookies in a bowl of kitchen blender.

7. Prepare glasses. Put cookie crumbs in glasses as the first layer - the third part of the cup.
