I'm sharing a recipe for kalafioro humus. This is a lighter version of the classic recipe. Its taste is very similar to the traditional version, but slightly less high-calorie and heavy. Below I will tell you more about how to make cauliflower humus. This recipe is suitable for both fresh and frozen cauliflower. The amount of lemon juice, oil and spices is best chosen to your liking. Humus is prepared easily and simply, it is perfect for sandwiches and pieces of vegetables.
