Carrots are often used cooked in salads, although a green vegetable contains more nutrients. I offer a recipe for preparing a carrot salad, where the vegetable is uncooked. The salad is prepared very normally and quickly. This is a great option for a delicious and dietary breakfast, which can be served to adults and children. Due to the use of green carrots, salads are very rich in vitamins and healthy. In salads, in addition to carrots, I also add sunflower, oranges. If you like dried fruits, you can add dried apricots, raisins and prunes. Ready salads can be seasoned with sour cream, sunflower oil or citrus juice.

How to make

1. I buy sunflowers already shelled and unsalted. If they are not there, you can pre-clean them yourself. I put the pan over medium heat, after 1-2 minutes I add peeled sunflowers to it. I fry them a little, so I get a pleasant smell and at the same time dry them.

2. I peel and wash all the carrots, grate them on a fine grater (if you want, a coarse grater is also possible) and put them in a bowl.
