When people talk about cabbage salads, they immediately mean vegetable salads with cucumbers and tomatoes. My recipe for making cabbage salad, which is original and bold. This salad is rich in vitamins and is healthy. Chicken meat can be replaced with sausage (smoked) or other meats (pork, beef). Before serving, be sure to pour the sauce so that all the ingredients are absorbed in the sauce from poppy seeds, lemon juice and mustard.

How to make

1. Boil the chicken fillet and cool. Wash the usual white cabbage, remove the damaged leaves and cut into small strips. I transfer the cabbage to a colander and sprinkle it with salt, knead it with my hands (so it will be softer), leave it for 5-10 minutes

2. For dressing in a jar for mixing: poppy seeds, odorless sunflower oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, sugar, honey, onion powder, a pinch of salt.

3. I wash the cabbage and drain the water, transfer it to a bowl. I divide the chicken fillet into fibers and put them in a salad bowl, wash the onion letters and chop them finely, chop the almonds, lay out all the ingredients, add the dried cranberries.

4. Pour the salad with a previously prepared infusion.

5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and then leave the salad in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
