Lush, fluffy buns filled with apples and cinnamon will seduce the sweet tooth into the kitchen with their wonderful aroma. These buns remain delicious and fresh the next day. I love the combination of brown sugar and cinnamon, so I put brown sugar in the filling and white sugar in the dough. If you wish, you can use white sugar. Apples I used were sweet and sour and quite juicy.

How to make
-
1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the apples. Milk should be warm, so heat a little in a saucepan (it should be about 35-37 degrees).
-
2. Prepare the dough. Rub fresh yeast with your fingers into a bowl, put 1-2 tablespoons in it.
-
-
3. Pour everything with warm milk and mix well with a whisk until the yeast dissolves.
-
4. Add 4-5 tablespoons of flour, whisk everything until smooth.
-
5. Cover the bowl with dough with a kitchen towel and put in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
-
-
6. After 30 minutes, the dough noticeably increased in size and acquired a porous structure.
-
7. Pour melted and slightly cooled butter (80 grams) into a separate bowl, add the remaining white sugar and eggs.
-
-
8. Mix everything thoroughly.
-
9. Pour this mixture into the dough and mix everything.
-
10. Then sift the flour in parts and knead first with a spoon, and then with your hands. Control the amount of flour yourself, in the end you get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
-
-
11. Round the dough into a bowl, cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour
-
12. After an hour, the volume of dough will increase several times.
-
13. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin. Grease the surface with soft butter (40 grams).
-
14. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and brown sugar evenly on top.
-
15. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Spread the apple slices in an even layer on cinnamon and sugar.
-
16. Roll the finished dough into a roll and cut into equal pieces.
-
17. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the buns at a great distance from each other. Brush the surface of each piece with a beaten egg. Bake the buns at 180 degrees in an already preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
