Preparing thick homemade mayonnaise is very simple and fast. Optionally, you can add garlic, mustard, black pepper. Store mayonnaise for several days in a glass container in the refrigerator.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Pour refined sunflower oil into a tall glass or jar and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

3. After removing the oil from the freezer, add half a teaspoon of salt or to taste.

4. Also add a teaspoon of sugar to the oil.

5. Pour 6% vinegar or lemon juice.

6. Rinse the egg well and beat it into a container with oil.

7. Immerse the blender in a container and start whipping the oil mixture. After a few seconds, the mayonnaise will begin to thicken and fill the container. Beat the mixture by lowering and raising the mixer for a few more seconds. Then turn it off.
