1. Prepare all the ingredients.

4. In vegetable oil, fry zucchini with onions, stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.

5. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes. Since the dough is ready and cooks quickly, I advise you to cook the potatoes.

7. Mix all the ingredients for the filling - fried zucchini with onions, potatoes and tomatoes. Salt, pepper and mix.

8. Roll the puff pastry into a tube.

9. Cut the dough into circles 1.5 cm thick.

10. Roll out each piece thinly and lay out a spoonful of vegetable filling.

11. Pinch the sams from three sides to form a triangle.
