Prepare a salad with smoked chicken, prunes and walnuts. For satiety, boiled rice is added to this salad. Pay attention to the recipe! How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs and cool. -
2. Soak the plums in hot water for 5-10 minutes, then rinse, dry and cut into small pieces. -

3. Boil the rice until tender, add salt. -
4. Add 1-1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the cooled rice and mix. -
5. Collect the salad in a serving ring, for such an amount of ingredients you will need a ring with a diameter of 14-16 cm. Put the ring on a flat container, put the rice on the bottom as the first layer and press it tightly. -

6. Cut the smoked chicken into small cubes and put it on top of the rice. -
7. Put chopped plums on top of the chicken. -

8. Grease abundantly with mayonnaise. -
9. Wash, dry and cut fresh cucumbers into small cubes. Lay out the next layer. Lightly brush with mayonnaise. -
10. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes and put on top of the fresh cucumber. -

11. Coat the egg layer abundantly with mayonnaise. -
12. Grate the cheese on top of the egg layer. -
13. Dry the walnuts lightly in the oven or in a dry frying pan, then chop finely. Sprinkle with nuts on top of the cheese. Put the salad for a couple of hours in the refrigerator to stabilize.
