How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Rinse the lemon well and remove the zest. Squeeze all the juice from the lemon and add the grated zest, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt and ground black pepper. Stir.

3. Pour half of the marinade into the chicken fillet (the rest we will need for salad dressing), mix well, rubbing the spices into the meat and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes

4. Cucumber, tomato and pepper cut into cubes of equal size.

5. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain in a colander, then shake into a deep bowl.

6. Fry the chicken fillet over low heat on both sides until cooked and chopped with a knife. Put in a bowl with pasta.

8. Add chopped greens and cheese. I had mozzarella cheese, I just crushed it with my hands, but any other can be cut into cubes like vegetables. Pour in the remaining sauce and mix well.
