I don't know about you, but in my family, pizza is never needed! Thin crispy dough and various fillings give you amazing taste! It is better to use raw shrimp for pizza, but they are not always available. Choose larger cooked frozen shrimp and allow them to thaw before cooking. It is better to clean them just before putting them on the dough.

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Mix flour, yeast and salt in a deep bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and start kneading the dough, gradually adding warm water. The amount of water depends on the dryness of the flour and can vary. Knead a soft dough that comes away from your hands and from the bowl. Use the remaining tablespoon of oil while kneading.

3. Lightly grease the kneaded dough, return it to the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in a warm place for an hour.

4. The dough should double in size.

5. Turn on the oven to heat up to 250-260 degrees. Knead the risen dough and place it in the pizza pan with your hands.

6. Spread the sauce liberally on the dough and sprinkle with grated mozzarella, leaving a couple of spoonfuls.

7. Place sliced ??mushrooms and peeled shrimp on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with onions, a little salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella over everything. Drizzle with olive oil to taste.

8. Bake the pizza in a well-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. The dough should brown around the edges, the cheese should melt and bubble.

9. Immediately sprinkle the hot pizza with grated parmesan to enhance the taste, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil.
