How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, put in a chopper bowl, add spices.

4. For cooking, I used finely ground oat bran. Add spices to bran and mix.

5. Beat the egg whites with a fork until foamy.

6. From the minced meat form balls the size of a walnut. Smooth them out easily.

9. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Lay out all the nuggets. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
