If smoked mackerel attracts you with its appetizing appearance, but for some reason you cannot smoke it, marinate the fish in a bottle according to my recipe. Mackerel in a bottle is obtained without smoking, but very tasty. This mackerel looks like it's smoked, but it's actually salted mackerel in a spicy marinade. Choose fresh, fatty fish without damaging the skin. Thanks to the tea and onion skins, a beautiful smoke-like color is obtained. I recommend you try it.
