This soup is very full and delicious! An ideal dish for the family. The consistency of the soup is quite thick, since corn grits are added to the soup. Choose spices to your liking, I really like khmeli-suneli. Also choose fresh herbs to your liking. I make soup from chicken thigh broth, but you can also use other parts of chicken.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Rinse the chicken thighs under running water. Peel and wash the potatoes, onions and carrots.

2. Pour water into the pot and put the chicken thighs together. Bring the water to a boil and strain, then add fresh water and cook for half an hour.

3. Rinse the corn grits in a bowl until the water becomes clear.

4. Put the corn grits in a saucepan with chicken thighs and cook for 30 minutes.

5. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

6. Put the potatoes in a saucepan and continue to cook everything together for another 10 minutes.

7. During this time, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

8. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add chopped carrots and onions. Cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender.

9. Put the fried vegetables in a saucepan.

10. Immediately add finely chopped parsley, add suneli hops, salt, taste and after 5 minutes remove the pot with the prepared soup from the heat.
