Icing sugar, cocoa powder, roasted coconut, etc.as needed

How to make

1. Cut the chocolate as finely as possible. Put the chocolate in a bowl.

2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream until bubbles begin to form around the edges. Do not bring to a boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate in a bowl and let stand for a few minutes until the chocolate melts.

3. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and coffee (or coffee liqueur). Mix all the ingredients until the mass becomes homogeneous.

4. If there are still pieces of undissolved chocolate left in the mixture, heat the bowl in the microwave for 10 seconds and mix again. Repeat this until your mixture is homogeneous. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

5. Form small balls with a small teaspoon and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
