How to make

1. Soak the baguette in cold boiled water. After 5-7 minutes, squeeze the water. Peel half of the onion, rinse. Wash and chicken fillet. Grind chicken fillet, baguette and onions with a meat grinder.

3. Form round balls from the minced meat and put in a saucepan with boiling water. Boil the dumplings for 20-25 minutes until tender.

4. Peel, wash and chop one onion and carrot. Put in a non-stick saucepan or pan.

5. Pour refined sunflower oil into a saucepan and fry the vegetables, stirring for 10 minutes over medium heat. You can pour a little broth in which the meatballs boiled, so that the vegetables do not so much fry as stew.

6. Then put chopped zucchini in a pan with onions and carrots.

7. Pour in a little more broth and continue to stew the vegetables until tender. Add salt to taste.

8. Prepare the white sauce. Put a piece of butter and flour in a pan. Melt the butter over low heat and mix with flour until smooth, without lumps.

9. Gradually pour in the milk and add butter and flour. Pour a glass of broth from meatballs, salt to taste and, stirring constantly, bring the sauce to a thick consistency. Milk can be replaced with cream, but then it is not necessary to add butter.

10. Put the meatballs in the white sauce.
